Job Description

QASIMI is seeking a motivated and experienced RTWWholesale Specialist to join our growing team. This remote role is ideal for a professional based in Europe, with preference for Paris or Milan, though not essential.

You will play a key role in driving our wholesale strategy — identifying new opportunities, expanding our network of partners, and nurturing relationships with global retailers. This is a dynamic position suited to someone with deep industry connections and a proven track record in wholesale growth, particularly within the menswear space.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Wholesale to meet targets and grow revenue
• Identify and secure new wholesale accounts across Europe and beyond
• Maintain and grow key account relationships, driving repeat business
• Create and implement bespoke sales strategies for each client
• Conduct competitive market research and identify new trends
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to regular reporting
• Suggest actionable improvements across wholesale activities
• Attend Paris sales campaigns and Milan runway shows, ensuring high buyer engagement

Required Experience & Skills

• Demonstrated success in developing wholesale business, especially in menswear
• Strong industry network across department stores, e-tailers, and independents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Self-starter with excellent time management and adaptability
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities
