A healthcare technology firm is seeking a Chief Digital Officer to shape its digital transformation strategy. This role requires extensive experience in senior digital leadership, cloud-based AI solutions, and global team management. You will develop and implement digital strategies, drive product development, and ensure collaboration across departments. The Chief Digital Officer (CDO) for GE HealthCare’s Advanced Visualization Solutions (AVS) business is a critical role responsible for shaping and executing AVS’s digital transformation strategy. The CDO will lead a global team of digital engineers, driving the development and deployment of scalable, AI-powered, cloud-first software solutions that enhance clinical impact, accelerate growth and strengthen AVS’s competitive position. This leader will partner closely with the Chief Technology Officer and business leaders to ensure digital platforms, software, data, and AI initiatives are integrated across the business, supporting both product innovation and operational excellence.

For based positions only, the pay range for this position is $256,$384, Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
