Responsibilities :
Represent the EMEA Operations within R&D New Products Projects (C1 & C2)
Manage the local EMEA New Products projects (C3) working closely with regional Correspondents (Country Planning Coordinator)
Participate in the process of the detailed product offer supporting value creation and rationalisation
Lead the EMEA Operations teams attached to the project (Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing …) to define the planning, resources, and responsibilities necessary for the launch of the new products on the markets.
Work closely with NPPD project managers, GLI, Market Strategy, WWPRO, IT, Marketing, local CPC to secure the implementation of the launch plan.
Provide and broadcast data required to implement EMEA product catalogue (through the EPROM portal)
Coordinate EMEA Supply Chain teams: system setup, sourcing, stock build, sales forecasts and distribution key definitions
Follow the implementation of IT, Quality, Manufacturing activities needed to launch the product
Support the product setup within the Nearshore and Offshore laboratories, from their local setup to the launch
Commit to the Roll-out launch plan and launch date for each different country in the EMEA region
Communicate on project’s progress and alert management if needed
Ensure follow-up of the project after their launch
Put in place tools to improve our process of New products introduction
Support subsidiaries in their product catalogue management
Candidate Profile :
Master's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain & first experience in Project Management, as well as experience in one of these domains
Products and Markets knowledge
