Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to drive our business growth strategy and lead our commercial operations. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities to expand our market presence and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve company growth objectives
- Lead and mentor the sales and business development teams to exceed targets
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the AI industry
- Identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for new products
- Oversee pricing strategies and commercial terms for all products and services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive advantage
- Drive revenue growth through new business opportunities and existing account expansion
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure commercial success of new releases
- Manage and optimize the commercial budget to maximize ROI
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of commercial experience, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the technology and / or AI industry
- Experience in a fortune 500 technology company
- Strong understanding of AI technology trends and applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams
- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
