We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager for a client in the events industry based in Dubai.
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead marketing and communication strategies for the Exhibition Department's portfolio. This role requires a seasoned professional to develop innovative, high-ROI campaigns across digital and offline channels, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive event success.
Responsibilities:
Devise and implement marketing and communication strategies in collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and suppliers.
Create measurable, innovative campaigns across digital and traditional channels to maximize ROI.
Develop and produce marketing collateral with input from show directors and sales teams.
Enhance events by incorporating additional offerings such as conferences, awards ceremonies, webinars, podcasts, roadshows, and networking events.
Source, negotiate, and manage external agencies for design, PR, marketing, photography, website, registration, and other support services.
Work with show teams to grow databases and conduct research to strengthen event marketing. Assist project and sales managers in securing corporate sponsorships.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor events to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years in marketing experience preferably within client side or agency managing clients in FMCG, sustainability or wellness industry.
Hands-on experience in integrated marketing campaigns - offline marketing, email marketing, copywriting, social media, paid ads, creative and media.
