JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking for a Technical Analyst, System Applications to join our CSO Technical team in Dubai. The applicant is required to be familiar with Automotive Aftersales IT applications and business needs with an awareness and interest in Automotive Distributor Aftersales and technical matters from an IT perspective. The applicant must have experience in IT and heavy computer and systems development experience, i.e., SAP, AS400, web-based, MIS, etc.
The Technical Analyst, System Applications is based in Customer Service Operations - Technical Division in Jebel Ali. He/she is expected to proactively support, lead, and coordinate activity relating to CSO-TD Aftersales systems development by working with EIT Development partners, specifying and capturing requirements, and overseeing project development of CSO-TD IT projects as they arise. The Technical Analyst, System Applications will effectively manage, service, and support all CSO-TD systems including TECDB, AFM Technical Intranet, TSIN, and TGEMs, user setup and management, TSI Branch Connectivity, access and usage issues, Global Techstream bug reporting, and software installation support to branch users. The Technical Analyst, System Applications will also operate TECC, the Technical Experience Contact Center, by opening technical cases and following up.

Minimum Skills and Experience:

1. Professional training or experience in IT or Computer Technology subject matter.
2. College or University graduate or 3 years in a professional automotive Aftersales operation or OEM environment.
3. Previous IT or computer industry experience.
4. Basic knowledge of automotive on-board diagnostic scantools for software and firmware updates.
5. Microsoft Office and internet proficiency, advanced computer literacy.
6. Excellent technical communication skills, verbal and written.
7. Highly flexible, attention to detail, and organizational skills a must.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

1. Diploma or University Degree.
2. Applicant is required to be a Computer IT Technical person.
3. An interest in Distributor Automotive Aftersales IT systems and business is recommended.
