Job description

Drive dual-product sales across U.A.E while personally managing strategic accounts. This role combines direct selling of AI products and recruitment services with leadership of territory-based sales teams across regions.

Personal Sales Responsibilities

  • Maintain personal quota for AI product sales and recruitment services
  • Manage and close strategic enterprise opportunities
  • Conduct executive-level product demonstrations
  • Build and maintain C-suite relationships
  • Generate personal pipeline while leading team efforts

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Build and lead regional sales teams across territories
  • Coach teams on dual-product sales methodology
  • Drive territory penetration strategies
  • Monitor and optimize team performance
  • Implement best practices across regions

Territory Management

  • Lead strategic planning and execution
  • Develop territory-specific growth initiatives
  • Align resources with market opportunities
  • Optimize coverage models for maximum efficiency
  • Drive cross-regional collaboration and best practices

Required Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years B2B sales experience with 5+ years in sales leadership
  • Proven personal sales success in technology/services
  • Track record of leading multi-territory teams
  • Experience selling and managing dual-product portfolios
  • Deep understanding of regional markets
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills
