We Ahmed Al Sheebani, currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Acquisition Director to lead our real estate Sales division. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in commercial real estate sales and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement the Brokerage strategy in alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
Bring individual units under the company's property management umbrella.
Maintain an extensive and existing portfolio and clientele of building owners, investors, and individual landlords.
At least 5 years of experience in running a team of secondary market agents as well as a marketing team that leads to successful closings.
Provide a foolproof marketing plan for the next 3 months.
Build and develop a team of a minimum of 10 secondary agents within 3 months.
Qualifications:
10 years in real estate sales and management with a proven track record in managing and expanding a salesforce.
Minimum bachelor’s degree.
Proficient in using CRM systems and property management software.
