Job Title: Executive Assistant with Marketing Experience (Tech Industry)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) with a strong background in marketing and experience in the tech industry. The ideal candidate will support the Management team in administrative and strategic marketing tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations while contributing to branding, communications, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
2. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive team.
3. Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
4. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
5. Coordinate internal and external events, ensuring seamless execution.

Marketing Support:

1. Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
2. Support branding initiatives, market research, and competitor analysis.
3. Draft and proofread marketing materials, newsletters, and presentations.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
5. Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking campaign performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally with a marketing role in a technology-driven environment.
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media, and content management.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
