SAP Project Manager

For our branch in Dubai, we are searching for a SAP PROJECT MANAGER who will be a focal point for our customer in a long-term greenfield project related to SAP system implementation.

Projects accountability will include:

1. Migration from ECC to S4HANA version of SAP.
2. Change and project management, to assure that the project will meet the scope of work.
3. Management of meetings with client's board.
4. Management of relationships with different stakeholders.
5. Business process reengineering.

Requirements

1. Project Management Experience:
2. At least 4-6 years of experience managing IT projects, mandatory including SAP.
3. Direct experience managing projects involving data migration, system integration, or SAP modules (ECC or S/4HANA).
4. Proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
5. Regional Knowledge:
6. Work experience in international projects is strongly preferred.
7. Awareness of local business practices, work culture, and potential challenges in the region.
8. Technical & Functional Knowledge:
9. Familiarity with SAP implementations or migrations, particularly in the manufacturing Cable Industry.
10. Understanding of core SAP concepts (e.g., master data, transactional processes, SAP module integration).
11. Experience with basic risk management and QA frameworks for ensuring project quality.
12. Leadership Potential:
13. Demonstrated ability to lead teams or small projects with structured governance.
14. Experience setting up reporting tools to track progress and align deliverables with business goals.
15. Soft Skills:
16. Strong communication skills for engaging with multicultural stakeholders.
17. Solid organizational skills with a focus on timely delivery and risk management.
