As a Senior Executive Assistant within our CGM team, your key focus will be to support the Global Co-Head of our Commodity Markets and Finance business. You will coordinate all meeting scheduling and travel arrangements, and handle correspondence, calls and inquiries for him with professionalism to facilitate seamless operations. You may also be required to prepare reports and briefing materials for meetings.
Additionally, you will support the wider team of 10-15 people as Office Manager and facilitate the efficient functioning of our Dubai office through various managerial, financial, and administrative tasks. You will coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding processes, and handle travel and expense administration. Additionally, you will manage office operations, including seating arrangements, technology requirements, and event organisation, ensuring a seamless and productive work environment.
