Job Summary:
As the Marketing and Social Media Executive, you will play a vital role in enhancing Malaak's brand presence and driving digital engagement. Through creative content and strategic campaigns, you will connect with our target audience—especially mothers and families—helping them discover the exceptional support Malaak provides. This position combines creativity, marketing expertise, and analytical skills to grow our brand and create meaningful engagement with our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to boost brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
Craft, schedule, and publish captivating content (posts, stories, videos) that reflects Malaak’s values and services, building a welcoming digital presence.
Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. - Content Creation:
Collaborate with the team to develop impactful, high-quality content that resonates with mothers, families, and elderly.
Contribute to creating blogs, newsletters, promotional materials, and visual assets, highlighting success stories, events, and key services.
Capture and edit engaging content regularly to showcase the impact of Malaak’s work and build community trust. - Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Assist in designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, and SEO strategies, to increase traffic and conversions.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign results, making data-driven adjustments to enhance performance and meet KPIs.
Work with external partners and influencers to broaden Malaak’s reach, strengthening brand presence within target demographics. - Brand Development:
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, staying true to Malaak’s tone of voice and values.
Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, adapting strategies accordingly.
Innovate by brainstorming fresh ideas and initiatives that enhance Malaak’s brand presence and customer engagement. - Event Promotion and Support:
Assist in planning and organizing in-person events, such as free monthly events for mothers, workshops, and community gatherings.
Promote Malaak’s monthly events, workshops, and community-based initiatives aimed at supporting mothers and families.
Coordinate with the events team to organize and publicize events, driving awareness, participation, and engagement.
Capture and edit content during any event for Malaak to use as post-event content on all platforms. - Brand Partnerships and Community Outreach:
Identify and manage sponsorship and co-branding opportunities that align with Malaak’s values and target audience.
Manage relationships with local hospitals, clinics, nurseries, and community centers to establish referral networks.
Requirements Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role, ideally within healthcare, wellness, or family-oriented services.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of social media platforms, content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Strong writing ability to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Analytics Knowledge: Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing metrics is advantageous.
