Job Description

As a Social Media Executive, you will assist with managing all social media channels and campaigns that you are assigned to. Your job role includes managing and creating content that drives brand engagement and engages customers. You should be intellectually curious with strong analytical skills and an exceptional ability to interpret data and communicate insights and findings. You are also a creative thinker and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, results-oriented environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Create, review, edit, and update content for websites, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
  • Manage the assigned social media accounts and post content.
  • Research industry-related topics.
  • Prepare well-structured drafts using digital word processing and publishing platforms.
  • Brainstorm campaign ideas and work with the in-house production team to conceptualize and develop visuals and video content.
  • Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
  • Use social media to engage consumers and promote company initiatives.
  • Understand the overall concept of the campaign, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
  • Engage with clients as needed.
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
  • Assist in creating performance reports.
  • Shadow in creating content strategies and presenting to clients.

What you’ll need:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience writing copy or with a specific industry, such as healthcare, marketing, or technology, may be beneficial or required.
  • Strong communication, research, and typing skills.
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and motivation.
  • Strong time management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Familiarity with online engagement.
  • Experience in engaging with customers or clients and providing service and/or sales.
  • Ability to utilize SEO methods to increase site traffic and measure web traffic to content.
  • Ability to update websites and/or social media platforms as needed.
  • Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience.
  • Receptive to feedback.
  • Willingness to meet deadlines.
