Social Media Executive

We are looking for a result-driven Social Media Executive to join our team based in Ajman.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a proven ability to think strategically and creatively, and a genuine passion for content creation.

Key Accountabilities:

Content Creation & Social Media Management

1. Create innovative, high-quality videos, reels, and short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter platforms.
2. Write compelling scripts and captions aligned with brand messaging.
3. Stay updated on social media trends, challenges, and viral content to integrate fresh ideas into content strategy.
4. Plan, shoot, and edit behind-the-scenes, conceptual videos, product showcases, vlogs, and other engaging content.

Production & Collaboration

1. Work closely with the marketing and brand team to align content with business goals.
2. Coordinate and execute video shoots, managing logistics, locations, and necessary equipment.
3. Oversee post-production editing, ensuring all content meets brand guidelines and maintains a high standard.
4. Partner with in-house teams, agencies, influencers, and external creators to drive branded content projects.

Performance & Strategy

1. Analyze content performance, providing insights on engagement and optimization strategies.
2. Build content dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for growth.
3. Assist in managing content-related budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
4. Innovate and experiment with new content formats, storytelling techniques, and interactive experiences.

Required Experience and Qualification:

1. Degree in marketing, communication, or business administration etc.
2. Fluent in Arabic and English.
3. Proven experience in content creation, video production, and social media management.
4. Understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, and platform-specific best practices.
5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
6. Basic knowledge of photography, lighting, and motion graphics is a plus.
7. Strong storytelling and creative direction abilities.
8. Passion for content creation.
