Job Purpose:
A leading FMCG Company in UAE is looking for an experienced Commercial Director to lead sales, marketing, supply chain, and commercial operations in the UAE and Middle East. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, ensure profitability, and optimize operations by overseeing key areas including principal communications, distributor relations, logistics, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Business Growth: Develop and execute growth strategies for new markets, brands, and products, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
- Principal & Distributor Relations: Manage key partnerships, drive performance, and negotiate favorable agreements with distributors and suppliers.
- Marketing & Brand Development: Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Sales Management & Expansion: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets across the UAE and Middle East regions.
- Sales & Marketing Management: Lead sales and marketing teams to increase market share, oversee product launches, and implement brand strategies.
- Supply Chain & Logistics: Oversee supply chain operations, ensuring cost-efficient procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Financial Management & Profitability: Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze performance to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations, international standards, and company policies & maintain the highest standards of ethical and operational conduct across the business.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10-15 years of leadership experience in FMCG, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and commercial operations.
- Proven experience managing distributor relations and supply chain, logistics in the region.
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
