Job description

To drive the growth of the company's market share and revenue by effectively selling SAAS solutions to both existing and potential clients.

Proactively pursue new client acquisition through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities.

Job Responsibility

  1. Source, manage, and grow partnerships for RateGain’s A.I and digital solutions with large, medium-small local chains and independent luxury hotels in UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and GCC.
  2. Proactively reach out to new customers via email, calls, leads, and in-person meetings.
  3. Facilitate demos of RateGain products as needed for new customers and include relevant internal teams if they are required.
  4. Facilitate cross-department communication as needed.
  5. Define, refine, and communicate customer strategy as needed both with the customer and with internal teams.
  6. Strict adherence in updating SalesForce with leads, new accounts, opportunities, and all activity related to sales efforts.

Knowledge:

  1. Excellent understanding of the hospitality/travel landscape coupled with changing trends, buying behavior, prospective customers, and best practices in it.
  2. Strong understanding of software solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  3. Experience working on Salesforce.com.
  4. Good understanding of SAAS-based products.

  1. Strong background in consultative selling.
  2. Proficient in cultivating relationships with new and existing clients.
  3. Provide personalized demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our software offerings.
  4. Ability to demonstrate precision and clarity of thought.
