Job description

A leading multinational organization who provide online/media services to large corporate and multinational organizations within the MENA region is looking to recruit a Sales Director to work in the Dubai office, reporting to the Managing Director in the UK.

Your responsibilities in the role will be to:

  1. Manage and develop the existing sales force with 2 direct reports and a collective team of 20, driving subscription sales.
  2. Develop new accounts within the MENA region and build on existing relationships to ensure existing business is retained.
  3. Manage the P&L.
  4. Travel up to 30% of the time within the region.

To be considered for the role you should meet the below requirements:

  1. Be in a similar role - Sales Director/Business Development Director/Head of Business Development/General Manager.
  2. Currently managing a sales team within the Middle East.
  3. Experience with subscription services for a media/publishing or online services company.
  4. 7+ years of sales experience, which includes managing a sales department.
