Job Description:
As a Customer Care/Telesales Executive, your profile includes branding the company business, explaining potential customers/clients about the company business, doing market research, and finding potential ways to increase sales of the company.
Responsibilities include attending meetings with the manager and heads for the betterment of the company, taking feedback, and sharing it with seniors to refine services.
You should have a flair for marketing and know how to pitch to customers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
A smart graduate who loves to interact with customers over the phone and has good communication skills.
Additional language knowledge such as Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam will be an advantage.
You should be an immediate joiner.
Local candidates preferred.
