Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide efficient and courteous handling of present customers or over the phone, provide necessary information, service booking and guidance.
  2. Provide an efficient and courteous welcome to service customers by arranging to seat them and keep them comfortable till they are attended to by the Service Advisor.
  3. Direct the customer to the relevant advisor who will attend to them.
  4. Call customers to get feedback on their visits to ATM.
  5. Be part of the Telemarketing activities during campaigns.
  6. Support the reception in managing the courtesy vehicles.

Job Requirements

  1. High school Certificate
  2. 1-2 years relevant experience
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  4. Exposure to multicultural environment
  5. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
