Customer Relations Executive

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.

Responsibilities

1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
2. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
3. Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.
4. Data entry in various platforms.

Qualifications

1. At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
2. Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
