One of our clients is a growing real estate company located in Dubai is looking for a Property Manager to oversee the daytoday operations of residential or commercial properties. This role involves managing tenant relations ensuring the property is wellmaintained and handling various administrative and financial tasks to ensure the property meets its performance goals. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants addressing their inquiries concerns and maintenance requests.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and property standards.
- Handle lease agreements renewals and terminations ensuring all legal and company procedures are followed.
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repair work ensuring timely and costeffective resolution of issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors contractors and service providers.
- Schedule regular maintenance and inspections to ensure property upkeep and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage the property s budget including monitoring income and expenses.
- Ensure timely collection of rent and other payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Prepare financial reports including profit and loss statements and provide insights on property performance.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of property operations tenant information and financial transactions.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing lease agreements movein/moveout documentation and other related paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations affecting property management.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and reduce vacancy rates.
- Conduct property showings and manage the leasing process including application reviews and lease negotiations.
- Stay informed about market trends and rental rates to ensure competitive pricing.
- Foster a positive living or working environment by addressing tenant concerns and resolving conflicts professionally.
- Implement tenant satisfaction initiatives and respond to feedback to improve property management services.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor s degree in Property Management Real Estate Business Administration or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Property Manager Real Estate License) are a plus.
- 25 years of experience in property management or a related field with a proven track record of managing residential or commercial properties.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
