Experienced Family Office Property Manager - Dubai

A single family office based in the UAE is looking to hire an experienced property manager with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience gained within a family office. The role is to manage a growing property portfolio in the UAE. Reporting to the CFO, ideally you will need solid experience in managing private properties within a family office.

Your main focus will be the stewardship and management of a small portfolio of properties, dealing with all aspects of property administration. You will also provide financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis on tenant management and the rental market. Planning, management, and maintenance of properties will be a focal point in your duties.

You will need at least 5 to 8 years' work experience within the industry and should be an experienced Family Office executive, ideally with a property management professional qualification.

To be eligible for this role, you must have had family office experience, live in the UAE, have a clean UAE driving licence, own a car, and know how to get around the city.
