As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play an important role in finding the most suitable talent for Kuok Group Singapore.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Supporting the hiring requirements of the appointed business group/function in Singapore and other countries.
Working closely with the HRBPs and the hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role and to manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates.
Using different direct sourcing modes such as job boards, social media, candidate referrals, etc.
Maintaining close relations with the hiring managers to update and advise them on current and/or future hiring requirements.
Managing the quality of candidates and the process within agreed timelines and KPIs.
Maintaining records related to recruitment as required by HR/recruitment policies and as per the defined process.
Keeping the recruitment tracker/application tracking system updated for all ongoing, as well as closed/suspended positions.
Staying updated with industry trends in recruitment.
Handling any ad-hoc talent acquisition related projects and work.
Minimum requirements include:
A university degree in any field of study.
Ideally, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years in talent acquisition or as a HR Generalist who has focused on talent acquisition. You are experienced in managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process from sourcing, screening, assessment to managing offers.
You have good time and data management skills and are able to prioritize among competing tasks.
You should be a natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, maturity and strong stakeholder management skills.
You are self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
A background in the real estate industry and experience in supporting the hiring for corporate functions will be an advantage.
