Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for manufacturing roles, ensuring the attraction of highly skilled candidates across production, engineering, quality, and other related functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and create clear, compelling job descriptions.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for manufacturing talent.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies, networking, and leveraging online platforms, recruitment events, and partnerships with universities and trade schools.
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and staffing firms to fulfill temporary and permanent hiring needs.
Leverage data and market insights to improve recruitment outcomes and ensure competitive positioning in the manufacturing talent market.
HR Business Partnering
Act as a trusted advisor to manufacturing leadership teams, providing HR insights and recommendations to support business goals.
Drive workforce planning strategies, including forecasting talent needs and addressing skill gaps in manufacturing operations.
Facilitate internal mobility and succession planning to support career growth and ensure retention of high-potential talent.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters.
Requirements
Min Diploma / Degree in HR
Min 1 year of experience in handling manufacturing roles
