HR Executive
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation through SharePoint and infotech systems.
- Onboarding and Offboarding of employees
- Support in Talent Management initiatives as required, including internship programs.
- Support the department with all employee welfare initiatives and activities.
- Assist in surveys and government grants.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Assist in administrative matters.
- Any other duties and HR functions as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other related discipline
- At least 1 year working experience in related field.
- Knowledgeable in common HR practices and Employment Act
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and multitasker with pleasant personality and good self-initiative
- Positive attitude and able to work independently under pressure and as a team player
