Junior Payroll Executive (6 Months - 1 Year Experience in Payroll)

Location: Bukit Timah

Salary: $2,600.00

Work Week: 5 day work week

Minimum Qualification: Primary Education

Experience: 1 Year Experience

Job Description/Requirements:

• Company: PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING & PAYROLL SERVICES FIRM
• Location: Central Town / West Area
• Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM / 5 Day Work Week
• Monthly Salary: S$ 2,500 – 2,800 To Start Before Increment & CPF

Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR Management on assigned tasks.
• Assist the Senior Accountant to:
• Create and calculate workday salary, submit IR8A tax clearance & CPF for about 200+ staff payroll including data records - Retail F&B sector customers.
• Check staff attendance and generate reports including overtime and provision bonus.
• Prepare any HR reports for internal management.

Others:

• No quota for work permits.
