Job Summary:

This role supports the investment team in sourcing and evaluating opportunities, creating investment models, and executing transactions. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in investment banking or private equity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities through market research and networking.
• Developing and maintaining accurate investment models, including financial analysis and due diligence.
• Supporting debt financing executions and operational due diligence.
• Executing market due diligence for potential acquisitions and new developments.
• Communicating key underwriting assumptions and drivers to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics, with professional certifications such as CFA or ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, or private equity, with 7 years total work experience preferred.
• Proven track record of investment sourcing, market mapping, and network building.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills.

Salary Range: RM 120,000 - RM 180,000 per annum
