Reports To: Head of Corporate Development & Investor Relations

Job Overview:

This role will be supporting the Head of Corporate Development & Investor Relations to manage TIME's investor relations function, evaluate and monitor investments as well as undertake mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and strategy activities to drive the organization's strategic, financial and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relations

  • Ensure effective Implementation of TIME's investor relations strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts and external stakeholders to communicate TIME's strategy, performance, and outlook.
  • Collaborate with Internal departments and management to prepare quarterly earnings release, investor presentations, FAQs and meeting minutes.
  • Organise investor & shareholder meetings, quarterly earnings briefings and roadshows.
  • Monitor trends in capital markets, investor feedback, stock performance, and developments within the industry and peer group to provide regular internal reports on insights.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements on disclosure and financial reporting standards
  • Coordinate communications with regulators, advisors, bankers, legal counsel and rating agency for any related matters

Corporate Development

  • Support and coordinate investment processes, including conducting valuations, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution.
  • Support and execute fundraising and treasury activities through equity or debt.
  • Undertake post-transaction monitoring of investments and debt.
  • Support the preparation of business and investment cases, financial models, and their evaluation.
  • Prepare board papers, management papers and undertake research to support transactions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking or related field
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate valuation and capital markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret detailed financial data.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. Bursa, SC, IFRS etc.)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
