Job Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to support the Internal Audit function in GRC to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls/processes through structured audit assignments. The role offers the Graduate Trainee hands-on experience in planning, executing, and reporting, reporting to the Head of GRC.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in gathering background information and data for internal audit assignments.
2. Assist in preparing draft findings and proposed recommendations for improvement.
3. Support the monitoring of agreed management action plans to ensure timely resolution of audit issues.
4. Maintain proper documentation for audit issue tracking and status reporting.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
2. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
3. Good command of written and spoken English.
4. Eagerness to learn internal auditing principles, control frameworks, and audit methodologies.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6. Able to start immediately is a plus.
