We are seeking a candidate to lead the design and development of mobile applications and web portals. This role will also oversee troubleshooting and debugging efforts for developed applications and software. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise to drive innovation and ensure the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Job Responsibilities

Software Development

1. Deliver top quality React, React Native, CSS, HTML, JavaScript and other front-end codes across a broad array of interactive mobile and web application projects respectively.
2. Support a digital platform’s frontend code and the architecture of the user experience, leading designers to bring wireframes from development to delivery.
3. Collaborate with back-end developers to troubleshoot and solve coding issues, improving usability.
4. Ensure that all materials produced have a high degree of quality, accuracy, timeliness and complies with accessibility standards.
5. Maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the product’s interface.
6. Actively review, test and debug programs to ensure stability and accuracy.
7. Develop and maintain front end code that improves analytical and statistical modeling and forecasting methods to support business in their decision-making process.

Software Documentation

1. Actively participating in discussion and review with team members on functional requirements and documents in building and improving the company’s digital products/services.
2. Actively involved in translating requirements into technical designs and documents.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology or related fields.
• Experience in Agile Software Development and has a strong understanding of Agile methodology and practices.
• Experience in working in Agile teams to manage digital transformation projects.
• Minimum 3 years of front-end experience in related fields.
• Good in developing, testing, documenting, and releasing mission-critical software.
• Strong in React, React Native, CSS, HTML, JavaScript and other front-end codes.
• Good in with UI/UX design implementation.
• Good in working in a source-controlled environment such as GIT. Proficient understanding and experience of code versioning tools, such as GitLab.
• Good in API design and implementation.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
