The Opportunity
The Product Monitoring Specialist will be accountable for monitoring product feedback (issue reports, complaints, user feedback, etc) received by Cochlear. Contribute to the feedback triage process by reviewing, categorizing and reproducing product feedback in a timely manner. Support investigations within Cochlear’s dedicated product support group. Ensure accuracy and consistency when documenting and reporting on product feedback.
