We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Headhunter & Recruitment Advisor to guide and support rapidly growing startups. With 20 years of experience in recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent acquisition strategies of our client companies. This role involves advising startups on recruitment best practices, integrating AI tools to enhance recruitment processes, and providing guidance on market expansion and operational scaling. You will be responsible for identifying targeted market expansion opportunities and ensuring that the startups have the right talent in place to achieve their growth objectives. • Advise startups on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies tailored to their specific needs and growth objectives.
• Integrate AI-powered tools and technologies into the recruitment process to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
• Provide guidance on market expansion and operational scaling, ensuring that talent acquisition aligns with business goals.
• Identify and assess targeted market expansion opportunities, advising startups on the talent requirements for successful entry.

• 20+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on advising startups and high-growth companies.
• Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and the challenges of scaling a business.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
• Experience integrating AI-powered tools and technologies into the recruitment process.
• Strong knowledge of market expansion strategies and the talent requirements for successful entry into new markets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
