This is a great opportunity for a proactive Senior Digital Marketing Manager to confidently support the Head of Marketing & Communications to best deliver wider marketing activities for the UK and international business.
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will focus specifically on developing the business’ digital strategy, managing digital campaigns from start to finish, and implementing best practices across all digital channels and the Wealth Management company website.
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will work directly alongside a team of 4 Digital marketeers where you will have some management responsibility.
The Digital Marketing team takes responsibility for digital content creation, website management including social media platforms, lead generation through digital channels, and campaign planning, management, and reporting.
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will take the lead on brand awareness digital campaigns, ensuring all digital marketing activities align with and support wider business objectives while adhering to budget management and tracking.
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for tracking all marketing performance and return on investment and preparing regular reports for senior management, always adhering to marketing procedures and production.
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will work with business owners across onshore and offshore jurisdictions and across services to ensure marketing activity is relevant and will confidently communicate and present to senior management, as well as assist with any ad-hoc projects as they arise.
The Candidate
Significant experience in Digital Marketing at Manager level with Financial Services experience is essential.
Significant experience in implementing marketing strategies and Digital Marketing campaigns from start to finish that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives.
Team management/leadership experience – mentoring more junior members in a marketing team.
Experience working with external digital agencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and proof-reading skills.
Previous experience with CMS, CRM, and HTML would be favourable.
