Senior Sales & Marketing Manager - Tech brand
Our client is hiring their first Senior Sales & Marketing Manager. The business is growing at pace with revenue of around £12m, and they're planning their next phase of growth. They are going through a full rebrand, positioning, go to market strategy, digital and content strategy, and they now need a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead this and their sales strategy.
They have recently appointed a new creative agency who will oversee the brand refresh and set their creative and strategic tone and guidelines. The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager will work closely with them and the senior management team to drive sales and marketing for the business.
Our client is a fast-growing, award-winning technology company based in central London. They work in a hybrid way, 2 days a week in the office and 3 at home, or however you want to split your days, but time in the office is required.
They specialize in creating innovative software solutions to support customers, technology consulting services to support Oracle applications, and other services, including business transformation, digital process automation, and integration optimization.
The role is split into two, and the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee and lead both areas. It's a hands-on role, and we need a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager who will roll their sleeves up and help create further growth and drive marketing excellence. You will be rewarded for this growth, as they have a great salary and uncapped bonus attached to this role based on new business brought into the organization.
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Senior Sales and Marketing Manager to promote, market, and sell their software solutions and consulting offerings.
The Senior Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for working with the leadership team, overseeing the creative and design agency partner, driving the marketing, digital and content strategy, updating website content, generating leads, pre-qualifying them, and closing deals with the support of the management team.
You will be equally strong in leading and building the sales pipeline, and you'll have a solid understanding of marketing. You will have the support of the creative agency, and you will execute their thinking into the business to drive growth.
This is the first time this business is bringing in a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, therefore you'll have the opportunity to make your mark and implement all you have learned from previous roles.
