Marketing Manager - High-End Residential Design

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support new business opportunities. Working closely with our design, business development, and leadership teams, you will ensure that our brand remains at the forefront of the luxury residential market.

This is a hybrid role based in London, offering a dynamic mix of remote and in-office working.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including the launch of luxury residential developments and bespoke design commissions.
  2. Lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  3. Manage and produce content to ensure brand consistency across brochures, pitch documents, the website, press materials, and client communications.
  4. Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and positioning within the luxury sector.
  5. Collaborate closely with the creative, design, and senior leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  6. Manage PR relationships, working with agencies, journalists, and key industry influencers to secure high-profile media coverage.
  7. Oversee external brand and graphic agencies, ensuring consistency and quality across website, collateral, project launches, and other initiatives.
  8. Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, using data-driven insights to refine and optimise campaigns.
  9. Plan and deliver brand-enhancing events, networking opportunities, and promotional activities.

About You

We are looking for a strategic and creative marketing professional with a passion for luxury property, architecture, and design. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within high-end residential, architecture, or interior design sectors.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media best practices.
  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate across teams.
  5. Proven experience managing marketing budgets and delivering impactful campaigns.
  6. Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and software, along with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  7. A results-driven approach, with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  8. A keen eye for aesthetics and branding, with an understanding of the expectations within the luxury design sector.
  9. An interest in the real estate and high-end property market.
