Qualifications

We are seeking a brilliant Communications and Marketing Manager with digital marketing and social media agency experience, to support the Comms and Marketing team in Soho, London.

The Communications and Marketing Manager
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a high-quality and Hospitality focused Communications agency or Restaurant Group.
  • A natural self-starter, motivated, proactive, conscientious with a keen eye for detail and sense of responsibility.
  • Sociable and passionate about the hospitality Industry, food, and drink.
  • Support the Comms and Marketing Director and their team in delivering the marketing, PR, and content strategy for all Harts Group brands.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts in the food, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Deliver on the PR strategy, developing and pitching compelling story angles, creating press releases, and media kits.
  • Have your own book of media and industry contacts with a proven record of delivering PR and marketing campaign objectives.
  • Monitoring and evaluating media coverage, delivering monthly reports for the directors.
  • Confidently manage Stakeholders, regularly advising and working closely with Clients and Directors.
  • Identify and track relevant industry awards and recognition opportunities.
  • Great time management skills, detail-oriented, always working in a timely and organized manner.
  • Ensure we maintain strong relationships with the team throughout the Harts Group.
  • Digital marketing and ECRM experience is important. InDesign, Photoshop, Videography and WordPress skills are a bonus.
  • Manage a Communications and Marketing executive, actively supporting their development.
  • Advanced Copywriting and Social Media skills.
  • Excellent command of English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Track the volume and quality of press mentions, including earned media.
  • Always showing respect, strong team ethic and empathy for colleagues.
  • Be the face of a Group known for its warm welcome.
