About You
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Manager to support the marketing team, with a particular emphasis on assisting the Senior Marketing Manager. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in delivering marketing campaigns, supporting product launches, managing budgets, and ensuring all activities align with our global brand strategy.
You'll be responsible for:
Marketing Support
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager and overall Marketing function in executing the long-term marketing strategy in alignment with the wider brand strategy and business goals
- Calendar Ownership - ongoing development and management of all marketing, group and brand calendars, ensuring all BAU moments, product launches, campaigns and marketing initiatives are up to date and outlining key milestones, seasonal sharp-points, and key cross-functional collaboration moments
- Campaign Management - Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution for new product launches, BAU activity and marketing initiatives, including creating key documents and materials that support with effectively planning and communicating insights, strategy and delivery
- Campaign Ideation - conceptualise and provide a strong framework for the roll-out of each drop, ensuring all launches are supported with strong storytelling, inspiring moments, and fresh product marketing, falling in-line with the longer-term brand strategy and as such contributes to changing the brand awareness and perception of Oner Active
- Campaign Messaging - crafting narratives to align with product launches and BAU moments, built around strong product and brand storytelling that taps into current trends, seasonality and wider cultural conversations
- Channel Activity Alignment - working with Channel Owners, lead coordination of comms across channels (including social media, web, video, and email) ensuring alignment with messaging direction. Ensure marketing activities are strategically aligned with the brand, marketing, and global objectives
- Communications - acting as a brand guardian, ensuring tone of voice is upheld and aligned. Supporting comms for all channels as needed (email, social, paid activity)
- Campaign Performance Analysis & Reporting - track and report on marketing activity performance across product launches and BAU initiatives, analysing performance for continuous improvement and alignment with business goals
- Wider Marketing Performance Reporting - collaborate with the Senior Social Media Manager, CRM Manager, E-commerce, and Performance Manager to create monthly, quarterly, and annual report presentations outlining marketing efforts and full year targets and KPI tracking.
- Marketing Budget Support - Assist the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Project Manager with project forecasting, reconciliation, and financial reporting to the Finance Business Partner for campaigns, BAU and one-off initiatives
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Drive the briefing, timelines and execution of campaign kick-offs and ongoing alignment meetings in collaboration with the Marketing Project Manager
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Buying, Merchandising, PR, Channel Owners and other key stakeholders to maximise the impact of marketing efforts and align activities with business goals
- Proactively coordinate asset requirements across channel teams, ensuring deliverables required to execute the messaging strategy are outlined and resources are allocated effectively
- Oversee project timelines and ensure that all departments are equipped with the necessary tools and materials to achieve successful outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key senior roles and other departments, providing support and facilitating alignment as needed
- Schedule meetings to ensure key stakeholders are informed and involved in decision-making
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities
- Gather and analyse insights from customer feedback to refine product positioning and messaging
You'll need to have:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role within an activewear, fashion, beauty or lifestyle sector
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, reconcile spending, and forecast resources accurately
- Analytical mindset with experience in market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and opportunities
- Solution-oriented approach with the ability to navigate dynamic and evolving business environments
