About The Role

We are seeking a Market Trend Analyst to join our Market Insights team. This position will support our coverage of takeovers, equity capital markets, and corporate governance, while helping shape our product's strategic direction.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor legal and regulatory news and deal information.
  • Create daily alerts and weekly newsletters on transactional developments and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with the corporate PSL team to update practical guidance content.
  • Conduct market research to ensure transaction summaries are current and relevant.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of deal and market information.
  • Produce trend reports and webinars on corporate law topics.
  • Develop model precedents and expert commentary with in-house corporate lawyers.
  • Enhance methods of accessing, summarizing, and analyzing public information and data.
Requirements

  • Experience in corporate law, financial markets, or business analysis.
  • Relevant law degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage complex workflows and generate innovative content ideas.
  • Experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity is preferred.
