The company itself is very impressive, around 130 people and a turnover of £30m. They work with some huge brands and enterprises and provide digital, tech and software solutions. They sit within the digital services industry and offer digital solutions for some of the biggest brands out there.
They have a great reputation in their world, but they need a brand presence. This is where you might come in! They are looking for a Marketing Director or Head of Marketing to come in and drive their marketing, which will then build and create more leads and sales.
We are looking for a Marketing Director with a growth mindset, someone who has a very natural entrepreneurial instinct, with a track record of working in digital services / software and consultancy businesses. You will be a Marketing Director who gets and understands this world, and the power of what digital transformation can do for enterprise organisations.
The company is about to go through a rebrand, they're going to appoint a new creative / design agency, and they're looking for a Marketing Director who can drive this and the new rebrand. You will be a Marketing Director with a viewpoint, someone who takes ownership and leads, and can drive effective, integrated marketing which will put the business on the map, create attention, and then create leads and opportunities for the business development teams to close.
The Marketing Director will work very closely with the senior management team, commercial director, business development team, and the wider organisation. They are about to redefine who they are, and articulate that to the market in a meaningful and impactful way. They are looking for an experienced, growth-focused Head of Marketing or Marketing Director who is excited about the opportunity to build the marketing function and drive growth.
The Marketing Director will come in, build their team how they want, and then drive the new marketing strategy and creative vision for their brand.
The role is highly strategic and revenue-focused, requiring a Marketing Director who can craft and execute an integrated marketing strategy that generates leads with enterprise organisations, builds brand equity, and accelerates customer acquisition.
We need a B2B Marketing Director, with at least 8 - 10 years experience, and you'll have a deep understanding of the IT services sector, with a proven track record of building brand awareness and revenue growth.
