Equifind are working with a Family Office in the West End, London, who are in the search for a Permanent Part-Time Finance Manager to join the business.

Founded in 2022 to concentrate on philanthropy work, this family office which boasts several entities is on the search for somebody to join the team in a part-time capacity.

The day-to-day will consist of bookkeeping and filing of year-end accounts across the foundation as a whole, a yacht and the present company. Somebody who is also capable of building a model to include the investment portfolio is highly advantageous but not mandatory. The part-time capacity will consist of 3-days per week but this also comes with flexibility if required.

The key responsibilities for the Permanent Part-Time Finance Manager for this Family Office based in London's West End will be:

1. Build and manage cash flow modelling across trusts/structures as required.
2. Management of third party service providers to the family office, trusts, legal vehicles and partners.
3. Monitor and report liquidity across the trusts and various investments.
4. Work with members of the family and their staff to deliver against the family office objectives.
5. Cost management across all office activities.
6. Develop, manage and maintain a reporting calendar.
7. Monitor and report on a range of projects as determined by the employer.
8. Assure compliance across all jurisdictions.
9. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of the family office at all times.
10. Any other reasonable tasks as determined by the employer.

The Permanent Part-Time Finance Manager working for this Family Office based in the West End will be paid a competitive market-based salary.
