• Identify and prioritise product features for the technology team.
• Monitor trends and collaborate with clients to uncover market opportunities.
• Support the Managing Director in team growth, strategy, and priority setting.
• Develop and refine sales materials with sales and customer success teams.
• Build client relationships and represent the firm at industry events.
• Oversee product development, testing, and feature launches with the technical team.
• Participate in testing and provide actionable feedback to improve user experience.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the team.
• Align product strategies with business goals in partnership with the Managing Director.
• Assist in sales efforts, leveraging product knowledge to attract and retain clients.
• Supervise Customer Success and Testing teams to ensure flawless delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation to support product development.

• Extensive experience as a Chief Commercial Officer, Senior Business Development Manager, or in a comparable senior leadership role.
• Proven success in managing and scaling complex start-ups.
• Strong commercial acumen with a content-driven sales approach.
• Structured and organised working style.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven capability to balance innovation with operational efficiency.
• Basic technical knowledge to effectively contribute to product development.
