The Project Management Officer (PMO) will provide operational and day-to-day support to the VP of Harmoniz Select & Business Development, ensuring efficient smooth execution of business initiatives and timely completion of objectives.
This role requires strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting the VP of Harmoniz Select & Business Development in achieving business goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
- Assist in the daily execution of business initiatives and ensure timely completion of objectives.
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Coordinate tasks across departments and monitor progress to address delays or obstacles.
- Ensure that all business objectives are met by monitoring progress and addressing any delays or obstacles.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with various teams to ensure tasks are aligned and completed efficiently.
- Provide updates and follow up with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
- Act as the main point of contact for team alignment and resource allocation.
Project Management Support:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Facilitate meetings and track project progress.
Market and Customer Coordination:
- Support demand generation activities with retailers and producers.
- Ensure smooth communication between teams to address customer needs.
Operational Efficiency:
- Assist in developing operational processes to streamline tasks.
- Track progress, assist with forecasting, and help with resource planning.
Team Collaboration:
- Foster communication across teams to ensure alignment and timely task completion.
- Provide operational support to help team members overcome challenges and meet deadlines.
Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or strategic roles.
- Proven experience in leading or supporting cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies to changing priorities.
- Proficient in budgeting, KPI tracking, and forecasting processes.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels.
- Familiarity with global market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
- Willingness to travel as required to support business operations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
