Are you an experienced Senior Project Management Officer with experience in delivering renewable projects, ideally in Hydrogen or gasses.
A leading renewable energy business is looking for a (Senior) Project Manager to assist our business in leading, monitoring and delivering on a variety of exciting projects at different phases of development. Your activities will be essential for ensuring the efficient management of an array of end-to-end projects.
Independently manage green hydrogen and renewable power generation projects.
Drive project development within the core business, including liaising with public and private stakeholders, OEMs, regulators and other parties as required.
Co-ordinate and manage internal and external resources to progress projects through their lifecycles, from concept development through planning and permitting, final investment decision, construction and commissioning.
Deploy our Project Management Methodology (modelled on industry best practices) to effectively manage schedule, cost and quality related risk.
Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and shared with necessary stakeholders.
Report project progress internally and to clients.
Support the development of grant applications and other public sector engagement associated with financial support mechanisms.
Maintain good knowledge of hydrogen projects and use cases across the UK and internationally.

Multiple years of experience in a project management role, with a proven ability to lead on and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience or qualifications in project management methodology such as APM
Experience in delivering complex projects either in energy, construction or similar industry
Knowledge of the renewable energy industry, primarily in wind and solar, hydrogen and/or fuel cell technologies.
Experience of project delivery through the whole development cycle.
Experience reviewing technical scopes and deliverables to provide feedback to the Protium team and third parties.
Experience in commercial negotiation and contractor management.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with stakeholders across all levels.
Experience in risk and issue management and corporate dispute resolution.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Candidates must possess strong skills in full Microsoft office suite, notably PowerPoint, Project, Excel and Word.
Candidates should have a strong academic background, with a preference for candidates with a Bachelors or Masters degree in fields such as Energy, Engineering, Sustainability, or any other relevant disciplines.
