Harmoniz is a global agrotech company, specializing in seed innovation for greenhouse vegetables with a focus on creating virus-resistant and great-tasting tomatoes. The Project Management Officer (PMO) will provide operational and day-to-day support to the VP of Harmoniz Select & Business Development, ensuring efficient smooth execution of business initiatives and timely completion of objectives.

This role requires strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting the VP of Harmoniz Select & Business Development in achieving business goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

  • Assist in the daily execution of business initiatives and ensure timely completion of objectives.
  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Coordinate tasks across departments and monitor progress to address delays or obstacles.
  • Ensure that all business objectives are met by monitoring progress and addressing any delays or obstacles.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work with various teams to ensure tasks are aligned and completed efficiently.
  • Provide updates and follow up with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
  • Act as the main point of contact for team alignment and resource allocation.

Project Management Support:

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring projects stay on track.
  • Facilitate meetings and track project progress.

Market and Customer Coordination:

  • Support demand generation activities with retailers and producers.
  • Ensure smooth communication between teams to address customer needs.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Assist in developing operational processes to streamline tasks.
  • Track progress, assist with forecasting, and help with resource planning.

Team Collaboration:

  • Foster communication across teams to ensure alignment and timely task completion.
  • Provide operational support to help team members overcome challenges and meet deadlines.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or strategic roles.
  • Proven experience in leading or supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in budgeting, KPI tracking, and forecasting processes.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with global market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support business operations.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
