Job description

Family Office in Central London is seeking a highly professional and discreet Private P.A. to provide high-level support to the Principal, their family and their Family Office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  2. Handling confidential correspondence and communications
  3. Overseeing household management
  4. Organising events, social engagements, and personal errands
  5. Liaising with service providers, vendors, and high-profile contacts
  6. Managing personal finances, invoices, and expenses
  7. Providing administrative support, including document preparation

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience as a Private PA from a Family Office/UHNW background.
  2. A good education (STEM degree is ideal, but not a must) or maths A level, or something more scientific rather than humanitarian.
  3. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  5. High level of discretion and professionalism
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  7. Flexibility to travel and work outside regular hours when required
  8. Knowledge of luxury lifestyle management is a plus

Applicants will be required to sit a variety of aptitude tests, as well as multiple rounds of interviews.
