Job description

Family Office in Central London is seeking an experienced and highly organised Private Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a high-net-worth individual and their family office.

The ideal candidate will be discreet, proactive, and capable of managing a diverse range of personal and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate the principal’s daily schedule, appointments, and complex travel arrangements.
  2. Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the principal.
  3. Organise personal and household matters, including liaising with household staff and service providers, staff rotas, HR and payroll.
  4. Plan and oversee private events, family gatherings, and social engagements.
  5. Assist with financial administration, including expenses, invoices, and budget management.
  6. Provide personal shopping assistance, gift sourcing, and lifestyle management.
  7. Coordinate personal appointments, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
  8. Manage ad-hoc projects, research, and special requests as required.

Key Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role as Private P.A. to an UHNWI, and/or Family Office. This is an essential requirement.
  2. Proven experience managing household staff and contractors at UHNW level.
  3. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of discretion.
  5. Ability to work flexibly, including out-of-hours availability.
  6. Tech-savvy and strong IT skills.
  7. A proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
  8. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed (<10% of the time).

Applicants will be required to sit a variety of aptitude tests, as well as multiple rounds of interviews.
