Job description

Experienced and hands-on EA for a time-poor Film Producer within his own Family Office Setting.

This is a busy and hands-on diverse role for someone used to working with a successful creative on the move.

Attending to intricate travel and itinerary plans which can change overnight. The boss travels to South America as well as Europe, so international experience is essential. Top diary management, able to deal with time-sensitive deadlines and be a charming gatekeeper when necessary. Able to collate relevant paperwork before meetings and take notes when required in meetings.

Top communication skills as you will be the go-to person for all contact with the Principal. A team player able to work easily with a tight team of 20 and get results.

Happy to assist with personal work when needed as this Principal's life tends to merge with business and private. So, booking holidays, events, personal bills/credit cards, etc., with occasional support to the Family.

This is an important lynchpin role and your skills/experience will be obvious. We are looking for someone from a boutique background or a fast-paced role in a Family Office for a creative individual.

Able to hit the ground running, you will be a career-oriented EA with much to offer. The work is interesting and varied and will sometimes require out of hours, especially when the Principal travels.

Top English skills, written and spoken, are essential, good-humoured, and hands-on with 7+ years EA experience.
