DESCRIPTION
At Amazon, our HR department plays a vital role in looking after our people at our CDG7 IXD facility. Known as the People Experience and Technology (PXT) team, we are dedicated to creating an exceptional Amazon experience for our employees while maintaining our position as one of the world's most innovative and customer-centric companies.

We're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at our CDG7 fulfillment center in Senlis. This role will be crucial in supporting our IXD operations and its unique workforce needs.

Key job responsibilities:

1. Partner with CDG7 IXD Leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
2. Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives specific to IXD operations
3. Lead employee relations, work council relations, performance management, and engagement activities for a large-scale distribution workforce
4. Provide strategic HR guidance to support CDG7's import/export operations and cross-border workforce management
5. Maintain expertise in French labor laws and ensure compliance across all HR practices
6. Support development and implementation of training programs specific to IXD operations
7. Manage complex employee relations cases and provide solutions aligned with French employment legislation
8. Partner with local and regional teams to implement PXT initiatives
9. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the IXD environment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Master degree. Preferably in: HR, or labor law.
2. Relevant experience in an HR role operating in an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment.
3. Relevant experience of communicating, verbally and in writing, with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership.
4. Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English, as well as French
5. Relevant experience in managing complex projects and/or programs with heterogeneous teams.
6. Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
2. Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
