HR Business Partner

FALCO Zrt., member of Kronospan since 2007, is the leading manufacturer of high quality wood-based panels and associated products.
The company operates 40 sites globally. We are expanding and we want to strengthen our position in the market. For this we need committed employees/managers who are able to take responsibility and achieve results.
We are looking for a new employee for the following position in Hungary's largest and most modern particleboard manufacturing company.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the development, coordination and implementation of HR procedures;
• Promoting efficient and balanced labour management;
• Ensuring compliance with labour law and data protection;
• Active participation in HR projects and preparation for internal and external audits;
• Managing the recruitment and selection process;
• Supporting succession planning processes;
• Management of training and development programmes required to meet the organisation's strategic objectives;
• Ensuring proper and accurate HR administration, preparation of HR-related documentation and regulations;
• Supporting employees and managers on HR issues;
• Preparing reports on employment, positions, staff numbers and employee data (both in Hungarian and English).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in relevant field;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• High level of knowledge of labour law;
• Agile, open-minded and precise person;
• Computer literate (MS Office) with a thorough knowledge of Excel;
• Nexon system knowledge is an advantage;
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, problem-solving and communication skills;
• 6-8 years HR experience (end-to-end recruitment, controlling, training organization, payroll & benefits, labour law).
