A community health organization in Metro Vancouver is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the HR Manager and improve HR functions. Key responsibilities include responding to employee inquiries, assisting in various HR functions, and managing data from the HRIS system. The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-3 years of HR experience. This role offers professional development opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
Responsible for support to Human Resources Manager to provide continuous improvement to all Human Resources functions. Assists with cross training of staff on key human resource functions.
