KPMG Law is excited to add a talented Corporate Associate to its growing team in its Toronto office. As a member of the Business Law practice, you will be exposed to a variety of work including mergers & acquisitions, limited partnership & joint venture work, international business reorganizations, corporate commercial work and capital markets transactions. You will assist clients at all stages of the business lifecycle and across a diverse array of industries by offering practical and strategic legal advice.
The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years of relevant experience gained from a leading law firm with a demonstrated ability to be a strategic business partner to clients. Exceptional negotiating and drafting skills, an ability to deliver sound and decisive advice in a fast-paced environment, and strong relationship-building and communication skills are a must.
