Job summary
A leading pharmacy chain in Kamloops is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist to join their team. Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Must be a Licensed Pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility.
- Experience with Kroll software preferred.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate warmth, empathy, and compassion while acting in the patient’s best interest.
- Provide patient counselling and education for new therapy to patients/caregivers.
- Initiate care plans and follow up with proper documentation.
- Participate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues.
- Ensure prescription safety and prioritize technical functions.
